Practical work with stress through HRV biofeedback
Many men get used to living under pressure.
The work never stops. The responsibilities pile up. At home, they are also expected to be calm, stable, and collected.
A person can look fine on the outside, but their body is constantly on alert—having difficulty relaxing, being irritable, breathing heavily, thinking fast, or feeling like they never fully shut down.
HRV biofeedback allows us to see this reaction in real time and train how to gradually regulate it.
