What often remains hidden in a man
Behind the outward stability of many men lie things that are rarely spoken out in a timely manner:
- internal fatigue
- loneliness
- anger
- silence
- confusion
- lack of direction
- stress from work and responsibilities
- fear of failure
- a feeling that you can't be truly heard
- difficulty being close to yourself and others
Many men are not taught how to talk about it. Some have never had a space where they can be understood without judgment. Others have long believed that admitting how difficult it is for them will make them weaker. But the truth is, internal tension doesn't go away when it's ignored. It just starts to manifest itself in other ways.
