About me

Psychology, practical experience and human approach

My path to psychology does not only begin at university. For over 20 years, I have worked with people in business, management, and entrepreneurship — an environment in which responsibility, stress, decisions, conflicts, and human relationships meet every day.

Over time, my interest in how a person thinks, reacts, builds relationships, and finds direction gradually turned into a professional path.

How I approach work

For me, psychological counseling should have meaning beyond the office.

It is important for a person not only to better understand themselves but gradually to start:

  • making clearer decisions;
  • responding more calmly in difficult situations;
  • communicating better;
  • recognizing recurring patterns;
  • utilizing their strengths more consciously;
  • building more resilience and satisfaction in their life.

My approach is close to positive psychology — I am interested not only in what troubles a person but also in what is already working well for them and can be developed.

I do not believe in ready-made recipes. I believe in a professional, calm, and human conversation that gradually leads to practical changes.

Education and professional development

I have graduated in psychology and a master's program in Positive Psychology.

I continue my professional development at the Institute of Psychosomatics and Integrative Psychotherapy, as for me, education and personal development are a natural part of a psychologist's responsibility.

My practical experience from business and management complements my academic training and helps me understand the person in the real context of their life — work, family, relationships, responsibilities, and choices.

Special interest in the psychology of men

I work with men and women on various life and psychological topics.

I have a special professional interest in male psychology — the way men experience stress, responsibility, relationships, fatherhood, professional pressure, and the difficulty sometimes of talking about what burdens them.

This interest helps me to work with men in a way that is both psychologically deep and close to the reality they live in.
